1/2 cup sweetcorn kernels( use canned or frozen)
1/8 cup baby corn -cut lenght wise
1/4 cup carrots – cut into small square pieces
1/8 cup Beans -cut into small pieces
1 tea sp. soy sauce
1 tea sp white vineger(if vineger not available use lime juice)
2 table sp corn starch( if not available use rice flour)+ 1/4 cup water
3 cups water
1 tea sp chilli sauce(optional)
1/2 tea sp oil
salt to taste.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the veggies and stir fry for 1 min.Add salt.
Add vineger and soy sauce ,stir for 1 more min.
Add water..Cook coverd to boil.
Add corn starch to 1/4 cup water ,stir well so that no lumps are formed.
Now add this starch water to boiling water ,stir continuosly while adding .Make sure that no lumps are formed.
Bring this to Boil.
Remove from heat .
Serve hot with chips or pappadams.
PS: You can add pasta to this to make a full meal ,if you are on diet and counting on calories.This is a stomach filling meal.
