Hot Tomato Soup


3 red tomatoes
1 red tomato paste
2 tbsp Ghee
1 large Onion (chopped )
1 Potato (cubed )
2 Dried red chilies( chopped )
6 cloves
12 Peppercorns
3 Bay leaves
Salt to taste


remove skin of the tomatoes & cut into chunks. Melt ghee in pot over medium-low heat & cook onion till it turns golden. Add the rest of the ingredients, and finally salt to taste.
Keep on low heat for 30 minutes.
