Ginger Soup

Ginger soupIngredients:

250 gms Ginger
1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
A pinch Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Butter or pure Ghee
2 cups of Milk
4-5 cups Water
Salt to taste
Black Pepper optional

Process:

Grind ginger make fine paste by adding a little water.
Heat Oil put cumin seeds roast them put ginger paste and fry till golden brown, then add turmeric powder salt and water bring to boil, when it is boiling add milk and then again let it boil for 4-5 mins keep checking the soup may overflow from the bowl.Turn off the flame,remove from the heat.Add black pepper just before serving.
Serve hot with Chappatis or rice.
